i stayed near the duomo and shopping was so easy breakfast had many tasty options i loved the fresh pastries the staff was always ready to assist with directions the hotel felt secure and cute after busy days.

The hotel stood in the city center. The metro was a quick five-minute walk and seemed clean. Breakfast included a variety of tasty options that I enjoyed. The rooftop swimming POOL offered amazing views.

The room had a bizarre design that needed updating. The bathroom toilet leaked. I thought that was unsafe. The towel rack was above the bidet. I bumped my head when I used the bidet.

I appreciated the hotel's central location near the Duomo and the Galleria. The staff was friendly and professional, especially Mohamed, the concierge. I found the calm atmosphere enjoyable. The breakfast had substantial options.

The hotel room had too many pieces of furniture. Rearranging the television could improve the space.

the staff was very friendly and willing to help with advice. we opted to have breakfast included and it was a great selection. this hotel started our holiday and set the bar high for what was to come. the location is perfect for walking to everything.

the rooftop swimming pool provided views of the duomo it seemed quite refreshing. the hotel includes a gym with multiple cardio machines though yoga mats were absent. steam sauna was out of service .

the staff were friendly and offered assistance giving advice about the area. i had a request for a fan due to menopause symptoms and the front desk and bell staff were attentive. the barista served a continental breakfast.
